Our work promotes respect for all our young people and we also recognise and celebrate the diversity of our residents.<\/p>\n Our support and care services for young people are child focused.\u00a0 We aim to promote greater independent living for all our young people by providing young people with practical life skills, semi-independent skills and support towards greater independent living. \u00a0<\/p>\n We value promoting young people\u2019s rights and dignity.\u00a0 We endeavour to build trust relationship between young people and staff. Pathfinders is committed to safeguarding and promoting the interest and wellbeing of children and young people.At Pathfinders, our experienced Support Worker, Social Workers and therapeutic practitioners will always place young people\u2019s interest needs above organisational interest. We believe in providing be spoke support and care for all our young people in line with their identified needs as indicated in their needs assessments, care plans, placement plans and pathway plans.<\/p>\n We are committed in working in partnership with Local Authorities, professionals in attending safeguarding and strategy meetings to share information and to be part of formulating safeguarding plans and actions to protect the young people in our care.
