Pathfinders provide a child-centred and excellent support services to young people.  We aim to support young people to develop their semi-independent skills to promote greater independent living.

Pathfinders promotes anti discriminatory practice and our focus is to work with Local Authorities in safeguarding and promoting the interest of wellbeing of young people.
We provide customised accommodation and support to young people.  We promote young people privacy and dignity.  We work with young people from varying backgrounds irrespective of their ages, religious affiliations and abilities.  We engage young people in productive activities to promote social inclusion.  

Our young people are treated with respect.  We ensure that our young people thrive in a safe, nurturing and friendly environment.
We ensure that we support our young people to celebrate their cultures and religion.  We believe in promoting the identity needs of young people as well as celebrating diversity of people and cultures.
