- Provision of floating support to young people who live in their own accommodation or accommodation being provided by other housing agencies
- Supporting young people not in Pathfinders care to access apprenticeships, college and ICT courses through links with local providers
- Providing Family Group Conference (FGC) Services
- Completing viability assessments, SGO assessment for child care proceedings
- Providing mentoring support to young people
