    Our Client Group

    Our main services are provided to young people between the ages of 16 – 21 years.  However, we also provide support services to young people with learning difficulties or for young people who may not be able to move on or live on their own in their permanent accommodations post 18 years of age due to various reasons such as;

    • Multiple placement moves which might have disrupted their care planning
    • Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children who may not be able to move on to full independence due to lack of appropriate semi-independent skills, immigration issues and language needs which will make it challenging for them to manage their own accommodation
    • Young people with mental health issues who may not be able to manage their own accommodation without support
    • Young people with learning difficulties who may not be able live independently without support
    • Young people who may lack the requisite semi-independent skills due to various reasons and are unable to manage living on their own.
    • Young people with gang affiliated and CSE concerns who may not be able to live independently post 18 years and requires safeguarding and ongoing support
    • Young people whose permanent accommodations are not ready due to various reasons and who may be bidding for their permanent accommodation

    Such young people often need support on different levels and we are always ready to assist in supporting young people in making these transitions.

    We provide timely interventions and support packages for young people in line with their pathway plans and identified needs.  We always aim to build positive and trust relationship with our young people which helps in engaging young people, getting to know them better, meeting their needs as well as making it easy for young people to share their worries and issues with our experienced staff for the right level of support to be provided to them.  

    We also signpost our young people to relevant agencies / support services and make referrals to agencies such as CAMHS, ADDACTIONS, Sexual Health Clinics etc in line with completed assessments and pathway plans.

    We have 24 hours staffed placements and we provide a caring, nurturing, safe and a family oriented placements to our young people.  

    We ensure that we promote positive educational outcomes for our young people by supporting them at educational meetings and attending their Personal Education Plan (PEP) meetings.  For young people who do wish to engage in formal education, we work with their Social Workers and Virtual Education Workers in referring and linking our young people to vocational training institutions for apprenticeship schemes.  For our young people who are Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET), we develop be-spoke programmes and key working schemes at the placement to ensure that they use their times profitably thereby discouraging them from engaging in anti-social behaviour.
