Staff Team

Staffing at Pathfinders includes a dedicated team of experienced support workers and Social Workers who are genuinely motivated to make a difference in the lives of young people.  All our staff is DBS checked.  The staff team comprises of

•    A Project Manager
•    Social Workers
•    Team Leader
•    Specialist Workers
•    Senior Support Workers
•    Support Workers

The Director is the Chief Executive Officer of Pathfinders and he has many years of experience in working with children and young people and their families. (See Director’s Profile above).  The Director is in charge of making day-to-day decisions about the organisation.

The Project Manager is responsible to developing and managing Pathfinder’s projects.  His role includes developing new project pathways for the organisation in consultation with the Director and management team.

Pathfinders have qualified Social Workers working for the organisation.  Our specialist Support Workers have experience of working with young people with learning difficulties, special educational needs, mental health needs etc.  Our support workers have a NVQ’s in working with children and young people.
